What We Did
GCG studied the footwear market in-depth in KSA. Identified gaps – best suited format, merchandise mix, store size, etc. It further suggested the best suited store locations in Riyadh and Jeddah. Al Mandoos currently runs a fairly successful 5,000 square feet store in Riyadh and has plans to open more.
